Buddy L Salem, Mass 1910 - to present 1910 - 1913 - Moline Pressed Steel 1944 - Buddy L Wood Products 1930 - Buddy L Manufacturing To date - Buddy L Corp Founded by Fred Lundahl and named after his son, toy production began in the 1920s by The Moline Pressed Steel Co. of Moline, Ill. The name was changed in the 1930s to Buddy L Manufacturing Co. Original toys were made with steel, however, during WWII they began to make toys out of wood like other companies had to do. |
