Purchased by Noma Lites, Inc. in 1962

Very little information is available on American Pre-School Toy Company, Inc. before they were sold to Noma Lites in 1962. Most of the toys made after 1962 carry both the names of American Pre-School and Noma. What is known is that a majority of their toys included characters from Paramount and Kings Features. They also received a license from the Disney organization to produce wooden educational toys.
