German Noah's Ark for sale

Beautiful Noah's Ark - German ca 1880s. No repairs or repaint to ark - all complete and original.

Dimensions: 27 inches long from tip to tip, 14.75 inches high, and 6.4 inches wide. The cabin is about 6 inches tall, 14.6 inches long, and 6.4 inches wide

Price: This great ark is being consigned to Bertoia's November 2008 toy auction.

The ark at left, approximately the same size as the one for sale above, just sold at Bertoia's auction for $39,040 including buyer's premium. More animals (over 200) are shown but some of the grey areas of the ark had been repainted.
